Hello everyone,
I want to share an important update regarding the management and protection of my music catalog.
As an independent composer, I have unfortunately faced numerous instances of copyright infringement and identity theft on streaming platforms over recent months. To protect my intellectual property, defend 100% human craftsmanship, and put an end to these fraudulent networks, I have decided to register my entire catalog with SACEM.
This was a difficult decision, but it has become vital for the survival and longevity of my artistic project.
Here is what this means for you, whether you are a dedicated listener, a content creator, or an industry professional:
For Industry Professionals & Editors (Sync, TV, Radio)
To streamline your paperwork and ensure accurate cue sheets, my complete metadata is readily available.
Upon request, I will provide the dedicated file containing my SACEM work codes, ISWC codes, and IPI number.
Using My Music Under Creative Commons
Sharing remains at the heart of what I do. Tracks explicitly marked "Creative Commons" or "CC-BY-4.0" on my website and Bandcamp remain free to use, including for your own projects. The only strict requirement is adhering to the license terms - specifically, mandatory attribution (please credit Tristan Lohengrin in your descriptions).
I remain fully available for any original composition projects, custom soundtracks, or bespoke commissions.
